# How to Make:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
02 - Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
03 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion and diced bell pepper for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
04 - Add cooked chicken, black beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
05 - Stir in salsa and sour cream until fully combined. Remove from heat.
06 - In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta with the chicken and bean mixture. Add 1 cup cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese. Stir until evenly mixed.
07 - Pour the combined mixture into the prepared baking dish. Distribute remaining cheese evenly across the top.
08 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
