# How to Make:
01 - Set oven temperature to 356°F (180°C).
02 - Select a ramekin or oven-safe bowl with minimum 22 fluid ounce capacity.
03 - Add egg, yogurt, and milk directly to the bowl.
04 - Add flour, protein powder, sweetener, and baking powder to the wet mixture.
05 - Mix thoroughly until batter reaches smooth consistency with no lumps.
06 - Gently fold in desired pre-bake toppings such as berries or chocolate chips.
07 - Bake for 20 to 22 minutes until golden brown and center is just set.
08 - Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes; center will continue to firm.
09 - Top with preferred post-bake toppings and serve warm.
